DIALOGHI is an interdisciplinary project at the interface between concert and lecture performance, which unfolds as a permanent dialogue - between audience and stage, music and text, content and context, transmission and reception. Works by Samir Odeh-Tamimi, Charlotte Seither, Younghi Paag-Pahn, Joachim Heintz and Nikolaus Brass will be contrasted with texts by Susan Sontag, Roland Barthes, Clarice Lispector, Elias Canetti, Claudia Pérez Iñesta and Joachim Heintz.We have consciously chosen critical texts on interpretation and performance practice in order to contrast the musical level with a meta-level: while the musical works deal with questions about the relationship between one's own perception and the perception of the other as a mirrored ego, the texts touch, on one hand, upon a theoretical discourse about authorship and interpretation (Susan Sontag, Roland Barthes among others); on the other hand, literary and philosophical fragments by Clarice Lispector, Joachim Heintz expand the frame of the encounter. In this way, a meta-performance is built that constantly reflects and comments on itself. This meta-level gives us the opportunity to listen to the individual responsive experience of the audience, as well as the interior world of the musicians. The concept of DIALOGHI is to break with the roles of composer, musician, actor, performer and creator. In this way, composer Joachim Heintz acts on stage, while the composer and visual artist Samir Odeh Tamimi creates the staging and scenography, and the members of duoPlus take on not only the role of musicians, but also those of dramaturgs and performers.

DIALOGHI ist ein interdisziplinäres Projekt an der Schnittstelle  zwischen Konzert und Lecture-Performance, welches in permanenter Verhandlung - einem Dialog - zwischen Publikum und Bühne, Musik und Text sowie Produktion und Rezeption steht. Werke von Samir Odeh-Tamimi, Charlotte Seither, Younghi Paag-Pahn, Joachim Heintz und Nikolaus Brass werden kontrastiert mit Texten von Susan Sontag, Roland Barthes, Clarice Lispector, Elias Canetti, Claudia Pérez Iñesta und Joachim Heintz.
Bewusst haben wir uns für kritische Texte zu Interpretation und Aufführungspraxis entschieden, um so der musikalischen Ebene eine Meta-Ebene gegenüberzustellen: geht es in den musikalischen Werken um Fragen zur Beziehung zwischen eigener Wahrnehmung und der Wahrnehmung des Anderen als gespiegeltes Ich, so berühren die Texte einerseits einen theoretischen Diskurs um Autorschaft und Interpretation (u.a. Susan Sontag, Roland Barthes), andererseits erweitern literarische und philosophische Fragmente von Clarice Lispector und Joachim Heintz den Rezeptionsrahmen. So bildet sich eine Meta-Aufführung, die sich permanent reflektiert und kommentiert. Diese Meta-Ebene gibt uns die Möglichkeit, der individuellen Rezeptions-Erfahrung der Zuhörenden sowie der Gedankenwelt der Musizierenden eine Stimme zu geben.
Konzept von DIALOGHI ist es, die Rollen von Komponist:innen, Musiker:innen und Akteur:innen aufzubrechen. In diesem Sinne agiert der Komponist Joachim Heintz auf der Bühne, während der Komponist und bildende Künstler Samir Odeh-Tamimi Raum und Szene gestaltet. Die Musikerinnen von DuoPlus agieren sowohl als Musikerinnen als auch als Dramaturginnen und Performerinnen.
